Gordon Cameron

Gordon Cameron is the Executive Vice President, Chief Consumer Credit Officer at PNC, and an Advisory Board member of ALI Solutions.

An industry leader in the management and development of predictive analytics for consumer management with expert knowledge of Risk, Marketing, Fraud and Collections, Gordon holds multiple patents in modeling and analytics and has developed scoring algorithms for risk, usage, activation and pricing, among other things.

Before joining PNC, Gordon was Senior Vice President, Risk Management for Retail and Mortgage Lending, Credit and Investment Risk Management at CIBC, Vice President, Financial Services and Transaction Analytics for Fair Isaac Corporation and was one of the founding members of ieWild. In addition, he's held executive positions with a number of leading banks, including First USA/Bank One, Fleet/Advanta National Bank, Travelers Bank.

Gordon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a master's degree in business administration from Widener University School of Management.


Paul Colangelo
Vice President, Global Business Unit
Convergys Corporation

Paul Colangelo is a vice president in the Global Business Unit at Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management.

Paul is responsible for the satisfaction, relationship management and overall success of the client services programs for contracts greater than $100 million in annual revenue for this business unit.

Before joining Convergys, Colangelo was vice president of LexisNexis government solutions.

Paul earned his bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University and is completing his master's degree in business administration from Strayer University. Paul also sits on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children Law Enforcement Advisory Board.

Paul and his wife, Christina, reside in Montclair, Virginia, with their sons, Christian and Paul IV, and their daughter Jenna.


Patrick Culhane
Founder and Principal

Patrick Culhane is a pioneer of modern customer analytics, having led the development, distribution and marketing of Fair Isaac's industry standard credit bureau scores. In over 15 years with Fair, Isaac and Company, he developed and managed successful relationships with clients, technology firms and distribution partners in the U.S. and around the world. As head of the Financial Services Unit for Fair, Isaac, Patrick managed a worldwide staff of over 600 and had P&L responsibility for the core FI business unit worldwide -growing revenue and earnings in excess of 20% annual rate over 4 years. The founder and Principal of The Culhane Company, LLC Patrick currently provides consumer analytics advisory services to a leading U.S. financial services company. He also serves on corporate, non-profit and advisory Boards. Patrick holds a M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University and a B.S. from the University of California where he was Phi Beta Kappa.


Daniel N. Duncan
Founder

A seasoned executive in the credit and collection industry, Daniel Duncan brings nearly twenty years of experience to his role as founder of ALI Solutions. Dan was the driving force positioning the company as a leader in the collections and credit-related analytic decisioning market. After founding ALI Solutions in 1992, Dan also founded and served as CEO of Advanced Call Center Technologies, where he successfully raised start-up capital for this receivable management company and expanded the business to over $15 million in revenue before its sale a few years after inception. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Dan served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Chase Manhattan Bank where he was instrumental in increasing Chase's credit card portfolio to the second largest in the industry. He has also held leadership and executive positions at Household Card Services and Citicorp Credit Services where he managed multi-million dollar vendor relationships, credit policy, back office operations, and direct marketing programs.

Dan holds a bachelors degree in economics from Columbia University.


Marge Hannum

Marge Hannum is Senior Risk Director of Chase Card Services. Marge joined Bank One as Senior Vice President of Risk Management for Card Services in November of 2002. Previously Marge spent 15 years with Citigroup (Travelers/Citi) where she held numerous senior credit policy and risk management positions. Her most recent role prior to joining Bank One was Director of Credit Cards for the Global Risk Management department at Citigroup.

Marge received her Bachelor's degree at the University of Delaware.


Jim LeKachman
Global Risk Analytics Leader
GE Money

Jim LeKachman has spent his career helping financial services organizations improve performance by leveraging information, advanced decision analytics and technology. As Global Risk Analytics Leader at GE Money, Jim and his team help GE Money businesses in 55 countries leverage tools to define risk appetite, understand portfolio risk/reward dynamics, create strategies to improve profitability and deploy enabling technology. Previously, he was the Decision Sciences Leader for GE Money - Americas. In this role Jim and his team supported business growth by developing predictive models, creating customer risk and life-cycle marketing strategies and managing the core CRM infrastructure for the business.

Prior to joining GE, Jim was a member of the executive leadership team at Bank One Card Services, where he played a similar role. As EVP and Head of Decision Management, he led a team of 150 professionals that developed the analytics to drive new customer acquisition, existing customer marketing and risk management. Before joining Bank One, Jim spent the preceding 14 years as a senior-level business and technology consultant, predominantly at American Management Systems (AMS), where he helped other organizations drive business value by developing and implementing CRM strategies. He began his career at Citicorp Retail Services.

Jim holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a BA from Lehigh University.


Robert Neitz
Senior Vice President, Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management
Wells Fargo Bank

Robert Neitz is a manager of the Fraud Corporate Risk Management Program at Wells Fargo, responsible for providing leadership and direction around cross-organizational fraud management for the enterprise including all consumer, small business, and wholesale businesses. His responsibilities include the identification of fraud risks, development of controls, and providing oversight for both external and internal fraud risks. Bob has 14 years of experience working in a Risk Management capacity and has held several positions at Wells Fargo including manager of fraud operations for online banking, manager of collections strategy for consumer products and loss forecasting for the credit card business. Prior to joining Wells Fargo he worked for First USA Bank performing collections analytics.

Robert is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering and is currently pursuing his MBA at Saint Mary's College of California. He is also a graduate of the Consumer Banking Association's Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia.


David Nole
Chief Risk Officer
Wachovia Corporation

Dave Nole is Chief Risk Officer for Consumer Banking at Wachovia Corporation. In this role he is responsible for Credit, Operational, and Market Risk Management for Wachovia's $100 billion Consumer Business. He has held this position since March 1999.

Prior to this role, he was President and CEO of the First Union Credit Card Division. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for First Union a subsidiary of Wachovia Corporation. Dave has also held management positions at Advanta and Citibank. He serves on a number of Corporate and Client Advisory Councils. He is Chairman of RMA's Consumer Committee and a member of Retail Risk Managers Roundtable, he is recognized as a leader in the field of Consumer Risk Management and has spoken at several industry venues, both domestically and internationally.

Dave served in the United States Marine Corps.

Dave lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and three boys. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of New York at Albany and received his MBA from the University of Denver.


Edward Penner
SVP Product Risk Management, Treasury Risk Management

Edward Penner has spent the last nineteen years working in the Risk Management field, from Private Label card lending to Banking. He spent 13 years at Canadian Tire Acceptance, as Manager and then Director of Credit Risk. During this time he provided oversight to the New Accounts, Account Management and Fraud Management areas. In addition he developed many credit scorecards, and installed several risk management platforms.

Currently Edward is Senior Vice-President of Product Risk Management for CIBC. He oversees the risk management of the consumer lending areas: Mortgages, Loans, Lines of Credit, Card Products and Small Business.

Edward has a strong math and systems background, through his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Melisa Sim

Melisa Sim is the executive vice president and chief credit officer of the Wells Fargo Home Equity Group, one of the nation’s leading prime home equity lenders. Sim is responsible for the organization’s overall direction and control of risk management.

Sim has more than 20 years of industry credit experience and has been with Wells Fargo for 12 years. She has a consistent track record of developing strong teams and driving customer-centric risk strategies by leveraging information, advanced analytics, and technology.

Prior to her current position, Sim was head of the Corporate Credit Modeling and Analytics team within Wells Fargo Corporate Credit, and program manager for the Wells Fargo Basel Credit Risk program. Prior to that, she managed the Customer Based Risk Management team, responsible for creating opportunities for customer-centric risk strategies across the organization, as well as transaction fraud risk strategies, collection strategies, and loan loss forecasting.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Sim was a senior consultant at Credit Risk Management & Associates, Inc., where she provided credit risk management and data warehousing consulting to credit card issuers and other financial institutions. She also held various risk management positions at Citicorp Financial, Inc.

Sim has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Malaya, Malaysia, and a master’s degree in Economics from Ohio University.


Gailen Veurink
Chief Operations Officer of Retail Payment Solutions

Gailen Veurink is the Chief Operations Officer for U.S. Bank's Retail Payment Solutions business. He is currently responsible for operations, strategy and servicing across multiple business lines including Underwriting, Card Issuance, Fraud Management, Dispute Processing, Research, Customer Service and Collections for various card products within U.S. Bank.

Gailen has 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining U.S. Bank Gailen held several operations leadership positions at Citigroup Card Services.

Gailen holds a bachelors degree in business administration from Dordt College.
