Session Highlighting Collections OptimizationAustin, TX - October 27, 2011 – ALI Solutions™ ("ALI") announces that Tom Miller, president and chief executive officer, will present at the 19th Annual Financial Services Collections & Credit Risk (“FSCCR”) conference taking place at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on November 2-4, 2011. The FSCCR conference will focus on tough challenges that lenders/creditors, collection agencies and debt buyers are currently battling. Miller, a noted expert in collection analytics and decisioning, will be sharing his expertise on post-crisis collections optimization, while addressing timely issues such as ensuring regulatory compliance and improving contact rates. The speaking session will describe how a leading consumer bank uses ALI Solutions’ OnQ and CallTech software to increase the productivity and efficiency of its operation. Miller has more than 20 years of consumer risk management and analytic experience. Since joining ALI in 1996, he has provided analytic consulting and collaboration for dozens of ALI customers, published thought leadership articles in leading industry publications and has presented a variety of topics related to collections, risk management and analytics at industry conferences.
