ALI Consulting Services offerings are tailored for each ALI product and include one or more of the following components:

  • Operational design and strategy review to ensure the ALI system aligns with requirements.
  • Champion/challenger experiment definition and result analysis to reach optimal project objectives.
  • Strategy and workflow development assistance.
  • Configuration assistance and guidance, including testing and review.
  • Ad hoc consulting on operational integration, product best practices and product use.

The process starts with an on site business review. This is where the business users project requirements are defined and reviewed with all stakeholders. ALI follows this session with detailed recommendations on how to implement the business requirements in the product software. Typically, up to three (3) days onsite is allocated to assist users with questions regarding the recommended configurations for the initial portfolio. The goal is to identify the initial product software user settings for software installation, solution configuration and verification testing that the system is up and operational.

ALI will provide recommendations to implement the Client business requirements in the product software. Following the Operational Design session, ALI will provide on site time to assist users with development and testing of their configuration and to answer questions regarding the recommended configurations for the initial portfolio.
